R&D
This service offers our expertise knowledge in developing, modifying and improving, when needed, new and current beverages to meet a changing beverage environment. Our full service R&D lab has the ability to offer new concepts that start on paper and end with fully scalable beverage samples you can show your potential customers. Our R&D team is constantly searching for new flavor trends and unique ingredients to stay ahead of the advancing beverage sector. Such as using simple electrolyte ingredients to the complex development in using trending Nootropics. Whether it’s starts as an idea resulting from a discussion with your friends or it requires improving a current product for an edge over your competition, WABC is the right choice for the task at hand.
Innovation and Technology
Part of what sets WABC apart from the ordinary beverage copacker is our commitment to searching for new technologies and how to implement them into our operations. Currently we are assessing how AI can help us produce a better and more efficient beverage for our customers. WABC is in the process of using AI to help pinpoint bottlenecks along the production lines by gathering and analyzing realtime data. AI will also help determine the correct preventive maintenance schedule by analyzing production data so to help us reduce downtime. When completed, every machine including the conveyor will have AI integrated into every computer along the production lines and fed back to a central portal which in some cases will be available to the customer, giving them real time production numbers.
Secondly WABC is making sure we are on top of how our production can leave a smaller footprint on the environment. With equipment such as ground breaking UV Pasteurization and our ATFS (Advanced Technology Filtration Systems) that fully remove PFAS, Micro and Nano plastics, we feel this is an obligated step in the right direction for doing our part as a responsible manufacturer. We also offer a variety of options or alternatives to conventional preservation. We offer Natural and Organic Preservation, UV Pasteurization along with a fully function AI integrated UHT/HTST system. We have the ability to use Emulsification and Water Frequency Extraction of Nootropics, Adaptogens and Botanicals which allow for an increase in bioavailability by isolating the desired compound. This results in a better flavor, optimal absorption and desired function of the actives your beverage.
